Decorated just the way Mrs. Sanford wants, each room has it's own style. As you enter you see the two story foyer, very beautiful and breath taking for those that have never seen it. The stairs you see lead up to the second floor. Off to your right you'll find the formal dining room which is used every night for dinner. Through there you'll find the butler's pantry as well as the kitchen. Go further to your right you'll see the entrance to the four car garage. On this floor you'll also find the two living rooms. One a formal one, the other, a rather odd one. The sitting area seems to be surrounded in that of a small pound. This is the Sunken Living room. To the left of that is the Conservatory. In front of the Sunken Living room is the small Library. To the Right of that is a reading nook that also leads to the outdoor Patio.

Exactly 3,000 square feet this basement is completely devoted to that of exercise and leisure. Completely furnished with with an Exercise room, game room, Media room, rec room, bar, and Wine Cellar. Meant for that of all ages it's not used much. But the Sanfords seem to want everything they can get their hands on, even a fully functional arcade game room.
